Deploy ESX on C-Class Blades
HP BL465C in HP3000 chassis using RDP to deploy ESX 3.5 U3 RDP server is also DHCP server linux is the Pre-boot O/S. Blade gets DHCP address and PXE boots into linux pre-boot. but is unable to communicate on network after linux loads, i suspect broadcom driver in RDP frm is at issue but would like to know if this is the best place to start

Which version of RDP you are using?
Download latest RDP. Latest ver is 3.83. Probably your problem will be resolved.

I am trying to avoid 3.5 GB iso download and upgrade. I am looking for verification that downloading updated frm files (250MB) from HP/Altiris would address the problem quickly and without breaking any of the other components which are currently performing flawlessly
