Where can I download the supplemental bios update 2009.10.01 for ProLiant BL460c G6?

But.. I tried to look for a download that says "supplemental update" and could not find this either..

is it not possible to use the download from there on the CD? It is a smart update/sum file..

That supplemental bios update 2009.10.01 came out after the 8.70 Firmware CD

Only this version works fine with XenServer 5.5 and 5.6 out of the box. Once the firmware is udated to the current version 9.x, then XenServer 5.6 needs to be clean re-installed!

Just a hint for the future to all of you.

If you need supplemental FW's, and you can't find them under windows.

Select Linux (SUSE or Red Hat), and download the Linux version.

The file will be fw123.scexe

And copy it into the \hp\swpackages
or FW CD's before ver 9 \compaq\packages.

The FW CD is Linux based.

First thing I did and I just want the rom bios.

Thats the rom bios update 2009.10.01? Can you pos a direct link to it?

I Build my FW CD/DVD's on a USB memory stick.

using this tool for windows:

it can create a bootable FW direct from the ISO file now.

Another hint:
If you need an older FW, than listet.
Click on the FW describtion.
Select the "revision History" tab.
And scroll down, untill you find the FW you want.
