EBIPA Static IPs flipping states from assigned IPs to 0.0.0.0 state

Hi,

I am trying to set up a new C7K Enclosure. I am trying to configure the EBIPA with Static IPs. For some reason they keep changing intermittently to 0.0.0.0 IPs. I am unable to understand this behavior. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EBIPA is not static, it is DHCP based on the slot.
Any other DHCP server running in this network?
