Encloser 3000c DVD Not Detacting

we have a problem in HP BLC 3000 encloser have a problem my blades not accessing DVD Rom

Hi Nazeer,

What firmware are you Onboard Administrator at now?

Have you tried using the Insight Display at the front of the Enclosure to mount the DVD there. That has worked for me once before.

I have come across 3 occasions when trying to use the DVD built into the Enclosure and found that it was hardware errors and had to call HP to get replacement parts.

You may need to go ahead and call HP for support 1-800 633-3600.
