Finding the enclosure name out from Windows OS

Our linux x86 blades have a method to display the name of the enclosure. Is there a cli tool available for Windows? Can I query with hponcfg? Here is what i found for linux:

Installer for windows:

However, It will not let us install this on Windows 2003 (our 460c g1 SIM servers)

Use SNMP and snmputil...This website has all the cpq information to find rack names and slot numbers.
