Simply put the "manual" version to an USB thumb drive or map it via virtual media and do the firmware update. Then you can switch from "plain" disks to RAID1.
I think you will loose the data on the disks, at least this happens on the first generation of the BL8x0c blades.

The OS based firmware packet does almost the same, but you need hp-ux running in order to ungzip,unshar it and install with swinstall.

Hello Friends i have tried all the methods but its not working.. i am unable to update the sas driver
