How to downgrade BL20P G4 enclosure Firmware

I am going to upgrade the blade and power enclosures firmware to fix the false power overheating messages. However I wonder a backout plan. That is, if the firmware upgrade is not successful, how do I downgrade the firmware to the previous version?

Sorry, this pdf doesn't say how to downgrade the firmware.

Hi,

AFAIK there is no disaster recovery or a backup ROM for the management module.

In case of a failure, you will still be able to hold the UID/reset button on the back of the module and to re-flash the firmware.

Check :

pfff, it is written that there is a redundant/backup ROM, which is made active after you hold the UID and reset...
