HP 4Gb Passthru Interconnect - loss of all lights

We recently had one of the interconnects on our c7000 with fw 2.32 experience an apparent loss of signal. There were no lights on the interconnect at all. The OA indicated that the interconnect was on and had all green checkmarks. We reset the interconnect and it came back as normal. Has anyone seen this? Luckily we were multipathed thru the second interconnect.
