I had to switch back to the old version but I would like to ask if someone knows how to handle this problem.

Thanks

Re: HP B-series 8/24c SAN Switch BladeSystem c-Class V7.4.2f firmware update problem

Finally I've found the "simple" solution:

I had to upgrade from 7.4.2d not directly to v7.4.2f but doing an upgrade to v7.4.2e in between:

v7.4.2d -> v7.4.2e -> v7.4.2f

Re: HP B-series 8/24c SAN Switch BladeSystem c-Class V7.4.2f firmware update problem

When I noticed the same problem on another brocade 300 switch after an upgrade to v7.4.2f I tried to solve this problem by going into more details.

The file that produces the problems is called "/var/log/fabos.log"

I removed this file and created an empty one.

After one reboot the system starts just fine.
