HP BL20p loose ip address after reboot

Hello,
I have a HP BL20p that looses ip address after a reboot.
I have teamming in that machine.
I have to access the server by ILO and disable and re-enable the device, so it starts working.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, does this happen when deploying the servers or when th OS is already installed?

This problems happens after the operating systems is installed.
The BL20p is already in production.
