HP Bladesystem and Virtual Connect Firmware upgrades

hello

I hope you can help and apologies if this query has been answered already.

Our bladesystems (C7000 and BL460) & virtual connect all have out of date firmware and I have been tasked with the upgrade.

Can someone please advise what is the recommended sequence of doing the upgrade. Should i start with the C7000, then Blades and then the VC.
