Hyper -V W2k8 R2 and BL465c G1

Hello, I'm new with Microsoft virtualization, (use VMware). Need to install an 2008 r2 server and acivate Hyper-V, but cannot find any experence about how it works, it's better than VMware in that blade server (bl465c g1) any experience? any sugerence to start my first deployment on Microsoft virtualization?

There is no direct answer to your question. The performance you get depends on many factors, your hardware and configuration.

Both, Hyper-V R2 and vSphere will run on a G1 blade server. But which is the best option? You will have to take your own stand.
