ILO 2 not picking up HP Blade serial number or product ID

Version of ILO is 2.07

**This is a new blade and not a sysboard swap.**

ILO is not pulling the serial number or Product ID of the 2 new blades.  I did not set these blades up.  From my limited experience with ILO, I though this stuff is supposed to be set out of the box.  All of the other blades in this enclosure are reporting correctly.  Their ILO vesions are mixed, 3 v1.70s, 1 v2.01, and 1 v1.81

Any ideas on how to get this these tow blades ILO to capture this information?

Ideally ilo2 fw and sys rom firmware has to be match according to the fw matrix and same across all the blades on the enclosure and shud be inline with OA firmware as it seems to me like a communication issue

here is the release set matrix

Open the blades up, and flip the reset pin on the motherboard ( I think it's pin 6, but double check that)

Insert and power up the blade, then pull it out again, and flip the pin back.

That should do a full reset of the motherboard and modules, and clear the issue.

We see this from time to time with refurb blades and "Illicit market" stuff.

Check if the s/n and p/n is entered in the NVRAM.

Start the RBSU, in the information box, on the right side, you will see the s/n and p/n.

If not:

Enter the s/n and p/n manually.

Reset BIOS (From the RBSU), do not delete RAID.

Once you have done so.

Reset the ILo settings.
