That should not affect server , except alert notification.
If still can try few steps provided below: (sometimes error might go away)
- verify if firmware for enclosure and Interconnects up to date
- remove power
- reseat both Interconnects and install different blade to bay 7
- also reseat physically signalling backplane

Replaced the power backplane and cycled power. Issue went away until I changed power zone settings and added this to another power zone. The issue is back again but on 2 other blade slots. I updated the management firmware to 2.40 and reseated the module and issued did not go away. What next...
Replace managemant module?
Replace signaling backplane?
