Link Failure shown in onboard administrator

I got 4 embedded ports on a BL685c c7000 chassis and all 4 ports in a cisco 3020 blade switch.

embedded nic 2,3,4 is showing ok but embedded nic 1 is showing link failure. any idea why?

Can you post Screen shot and attach the syslog of the OA?
