Loosing lan and san connection on a p class blade server

We have severel Proliant BL25p (G2) servers and they have lost half of their lan and san connectivity. Looking at the front, the cisco lan module to the right has no leds on and from the corresponding left (rear side) there is no light in the pass-thru moduls for the san.
Power supplies seems to be ok. Any ideas?
We have fw version 2.40.

Are there any messages logged in the OA system Log??

The fw was upgraded and there are some messages, but I do not think they are related to the problem.
