lost conection by web with my Blade 7000

Hi ,

I am new with blade system

I have a Blade C7000, I lost conecction by web with the ILO or web administrator.
I check the cables are fine,
I do ping with the ILO IP and didn't respond.
The LCD config looks fine.

I don't know what to do..

next to the ILO conector has a reset,.. Can I press reset and don't afect all server? or what this reset do?

or I need to reboot the the complete enclosure?

Use the Insight Display (LCD) to confirm the Active IP of the Onboad Administrator.
If you're still having trouble you can connect a laptop or pc directly to the OA (at the back), change your laptop IP to be able to see the OA Service IP and connect that way.

This is a new enclosure?

Hi Yalla,
I conenct in back side with my lap top and works fine, looks like the problem is our network in particular with the server that I try to connect to ILO, I try to connect with one of the server in the enclosure and works fine.( my inicial server conecction was not part of the enclosure)
