LTO3 Tape Library, c7000 enclosure and bl860c blades
Does anyone know of a reason why I would not be able to see my LTO3 tape library from my BL860c blades. My SAN administrator tells me that they are properly presented to the WWIDs on my HBA's.
I have not had any issues seeing SAN Disks, only problem is with the Tape Library.
My blades are running OpenVMS 8.3-1H1. I was able to present the same library to a rackmounted rx3600 running OpenVMS V8.3 without any problem.
Is it possibly anything to do with NPIV?
Any thoughts would be welcome.
Dave.

Re: LTO3 Tape Library, c7000 enclosure and bl860c blades
OK. Resolved it.
I had to run the "IO FIND_WWID" command from within the SYSMAN utility, followed by "IO AUTO"
