Management Processor failed in blade bay 6

Can someone advice what has faield and what part should be replaced ?

This is a BL460C server with 16 blades.

We had this exact same issue. Do you have the redundant on board administrator? In our case we had the redundant on board administrator and found out that they had different firmware versions. We brought them both to current correct levels and then upgraded the blade servers firmware itself to the latest version and the problems went away. Hope this helps. No parts needed to be replaced to take care of the issue.
