Memory issues BL460c
SQL doesn't seem to be handling memory as it should. Normal behavior that we have observed is for SQL to grab 1.5GB to 2GB of memory and hold on to it. SQL is taking very little memory and the performance is horrible. A 10 minute event on other servers, is taking 40 minutes on these Blades. Has anyone else observed this problem before?

Try adding /3gb to the boot.ini.
