nc542m solaris
We are trying to get some bl460c blades with nc542m modules working with Solaris 11.
I know there is a Solaris 10 driver which should work for these cards as thry are based on the Mellanox ConnectX-2 chipset and Solaris have a Hermon driver and mcxe for 10Gb ethernet adapters using the Mellanox chips.
We could probably use the Solaris 10 driver on Solaris 11 but cannot find anywhere to download it.
Curious thing is that we installed Solaris 10 on one of these blades and although the mcxe driver is in /kernel/drv/amd64 it fails to attach to the nc542m module
Has anyone managed to get one of thee NICs working under Solaris?
How can we get ou hands on the driver for nc542m uder Solaris?
Thanks

Re: nc542m solaris
Hi,
As is evident from the driver download page for NC54M, Solaris is not a supported operating system and hence there is no driver for this operating system from HP.

Re: nc542m solaris
Thanks for the reply.
However, in the quickspecs PDF for the nc542m nic it says Solaris 10 is supported.

In particular:
January 13, 2012 - From Version 8 to 9
Solaris was removed from Operating System Support
