OA 2.50 Firmware - where is my power firmware status?

Anyone looked for the power firmware status on the Rack Firmware screen in the OA, is it there (to the right of the ILO FW version)?

I upgraded 3 enclosures to OA 2.50 after iLO 1.77. Blades have mixed power firmware 3.3 and 3.4.
One enclosure will display the power firmware level for each blade and two will not. I've tried an OA firmware failover on the two that will not. Does not show anything up. Odd thing is... they did display the firmware shortly after the OA update, but not the next day!

Did you mean 2.51?
As its a new feature in 2.50!
But 2.51 does not have it as a fix.
Looks like I'll have to raise a support call.

Have you tried power-cycling the blades not showing the power firmware version? I mean, shutting them down and removing them from the enclosure, after that put them in again.

I had a similar issue after upgrading ILO to 1.77, doing so I could see the FW version. I have other issues now, though.

I think I've tried that Rob. But I will try again. What is odd is that just after the upgrade the firmware column was displayed - now I dont even have the column.

Eventually its now displaying... I did nothing to the enclosure.

Hi Adrian,
I think it is a problem with the Power Management Firmware. I saw another thead indicating that there will be another release (Version 3.4b) within the week, to fix it.

You'll want to start over and get ILO 1.78 installed, then OA 2.51. The new patcher in PMC 3.4B will make updating those 3.3 much easier.

Don't forget the interconnects (2.10 and 1.32) and BIOS.

Firmware upgrades.... will they never end!

I'll wait for my big one before I start. A Broadcom NC325m fix for 2008 HP are working on.
