OA status degraded
Well, I need to use redundant OA in my enclosure. But, when I installed the second OA, the status was degraded (insight display was red) and when I remove the second OA, the status returns OK (display was green).
Any idea? Do I need execute another step before install the second OA?
Thanks!

Re: OA status degraded
Are both the OA's running same version of firmware?.
Please install the latest version from the below link it should solve the degraded issue.

Re: OA status degraded
FYI.
It is not mandatory that both the OA should have same firmware. it works fine when you have both OA of similar version.
Don't forget to assign points.
