Hi , we have a C7000 with two OA's , both at f/w 3.56 . They are not reporting information for the power supplies, in the schematic of the front panel it shows a blank. The C7000 shows a critical error, but elsewhere it shows the power as still being redundant. I think this means a reporting error , rather than an actual error. All fans are operating normally and all blades are running. When you list through the firmeare of all the devices it shows a question mark next to the firmware for the OA tray, everythinh else is listed. Iknow that you can remove both OA's without service disruption, can you also remove and replace the OA tray? We have tried swapping the OA's etc. Thanks

SolutionHi, thought I would report back to help others. We removed both OA's and the OA tray and reseated all three without causing service disruption to the blades. This has resolved the problem. Its likely a complete power down of the chassis would also have resolved this critical fault, but that was not possible.
