p-class signal connector - Please help!!!

I have a single bl25p (no enclosure).
Bought an ILO cable and telecoms PSU and the blade runs sweet.

What i really need is a network connection, so;

1) is there a SIGNAL CONNECTOR - RJ45 adapter

2)Does any one have or know where i can get the SIGNAL CONNECTOR PINOUT for the p-class

3) is someone willing to use a meter and buzz out the 16pins needed for NIC1 & NIC2?

ps. please don't suggest a blade enclosure or a diagnostic station (i don't have the money)

Jonathan you might end up to purchase few parts, which is originally part of diag box.
Less than diag box, but not guaranteed (does board requires power feed or not for signal pass through? I don't know)
