PCI Expansion card - any documentation?

HI, I am having problem getting my PCI expansion card to be seen by an adjacent server. Any guides on this - can't seem to find one.

Is it an adjacent pair of bays 1:2 3:4 5:6 7:8 9:10 11:12 13:14 15:16?
Only the above combinations will work.
eg 2:3 will not work.

If you use the Expansion Blade with a full-height server blade*, you also need to attach a PCI Express Mezzanine Pass-Thru card on the server.

*There's 1 full-height server that doesn't need this mezz card to use the Expansion blade; that's the BL685c G6.

I did not have it in the correct slot. Now I understand where is has to be. What document was this information in? It would be nice if the support doc was linked to the product page HP.... I ran across it when I purchased the PCI expansion card, but now that I have it cannot find again.
