power supply identification utility produces blank report

I recently ran the utility provided by HP to list which power supplies were affected by the recall from Sep 08. The script did not produce any results. The FW version was at 2.25 and I could remotely connect via putty and download the ssh cert. The cause turned out to be special characters that were being used in the OA password. Once I changed the password to use more conventional characters the script worked perfectly.
