Problems with Onboard Administrator Access on a c7000
Everything start when an administrator, worker of my team, disables all access type using the OA's web interface, and restricted the access only to his IP address... Since then, we all lost the access... Now we are trying using a Serial access console and it doesn't work correctly, when we connect the cable and press enter, nothing happens. We try with another enclosures OAs and works fine... Any suggestion? We have no access to this enclosure.

Connect your serial console to the OA and press the reset button for 5 seconds, then the Lost Password menu should appear.

Similar thing happened to me but i am able to access the serial console.
You can reset the modules by press and hold the reset buttion for 5 seconds and try get the serial console.
I hope "disable ipsec" will help you to resolve your issue
