San Port Map Blade P-Class

Hi Guys

I have a several blades P-class in a Enhanced enclosure. I need to disconnect a fiber connection from a blade server, but how can I identify the correct fiber connection?. Does anyone has a document where explain the san port map, for a blade p-class enclosure?
