SB600c doesnt see SB40c

Hi,
I have a HP C3000 blade system enclosure with a SB600c and SB40c array which are partenered. Now we had to get the motherboard on the SB40c replaced and it is working fine, the enclosure's OA is saying that the 2 are still linked and their firmware is up to date yet the SB600c cannot see the SB40c no matter what i try. The SB40c has a P400 raid card in it that was in there before the motherboard got replaced so the only thing that was changed was the motherboard. The SB40c is running a default install of the Windows storage server 2003 that it came with is there mayber a driver that i have missed or something? Ive benn trying to get it working for days now.
