Slow boot - Proliant BL465c G7

Anyone else having really slow boots with G7's?  Is this normal? Can it be changed for faster boots?

Configuring ServerEngines Controller User DMTF CLP...

I read somewhere that this could happen if the blade is in trunk mode instead of access mode.
