The Onboard Administrator has not completely finished initializing
We just purchase, a second blade c7000 enclosure, with several blade servers, one of them, which I don't remember model number, was a double blade, which we need to test, but the blade we just adquire, was for 220v electrical requirement.
So, we put this double blade server, into the enclosure we already have, when we inserted into the enclosure the onboard administration suddenly goes reinitiating... I guess this is normal behaviour, but, it never came out... so, what (if any) we did bad?, and how can we recover de onboard administration on a blade which is in production environment.
And of course, I realize that, we were completely wrong doing this test in a production environment.
If further details are needed, please don't hesitate in request it.
Regards

Re: The Onboard Administrator has not completely finished initializing
simply pull out the OA WAIT 30 SECONDS it will not affect blades that are in production ,
fans will go full speed thats normal after reinsertation they will fallback to normal speed in 1 minute circa
This is how we thank each other in the forum
