VC User assigned name

How can I assign a name to the VC?  I see and currently the user assigned name is blank.  I want to specify a name.

I need an evidence of the VC host name and IP address.  When i got this screenshot it does not show the hostname.  I guess it was never setup.  How can I do this?  Thanks!
