Virtual Connect SHOW PROFILE slow

I ssh'ed into VCM, logged in, and entered "SHOW PROFILE *" command. It took 1.5 hours for info to be returned. On another VCM, info was returned immediately. Both are in the same VCEM domain group. What could be causing one to take so long?
