xw2x220c console user mode not working

I need to enable 'user mode' on my blade workstation so I can connect to it via HP RGS. The problem is that it won't boot up when 'user mode' is enabled. It hangs with a blinking cursor in the upper left corner of the screen.

The other two Remote Console mode works just fine (Admin mode and Setup Mode).

I have all the latest firmware but still no go. Any help will be much appreciated. thanks.

On the XW460 systems I have, a blinking cursor in user mode is normal. You have to conenct via RDP or RGS when in user mode as video is being sent to the graphics mezzanine card instead of the embedded graphics controller. When in admin and setup mode the video is sent to the embedded video controller.
