Server power loss caused by: voltage regulator
Hello all,
i have blade c3000 enclosure with 8 host (ProLiant BL460c G7), last night one of host turned off it self suddenly then i check the ilo event message it show :
- server power removed
- Power on request received by: Automatic Power On.
- Server power loss caused by: voltage regulator. Attempt to restore server power in 8 seconds.
i checked other host ilo event message it show :
- server power removed
- server reset
although it give the error message but the other host is up not like one host can't turned off with amber lamp.
until now the host (one host problem) can't turn on,could you help me to give me suggestion what step to take this problem resolved?
FYI :
- iLO Firmware Version : 1.26 Aug 26 2011
- c3000 DDR2 Onboard Administrator Module : current firmware version is 2.9

re-sit your server blade
1. pull out server blade
2. wait about 10 seconds
3. insert server blade into device bay again
4. just wait
I'm sorry, it's too late...
