4 1/10 VC Modeules C7000 Encolsure

I have four virtual connects in slots 0-3, and am wondering where I can find good documentation on how to daisy chain them. I have the cables I need, just dont understand which ones should connect to which, I found this: http://www.zdnetasia.com/2007/i/pwc/hp_intel/s7/technology-brief.pdf But its example has all 8 populated and dont see anything between 0 and 2 like I assume I should???
