Cisco Nexus 7000 firmware constraints related to Flex-10 firmware?
The last few days I have been trying to find some sort of Compatibility statement about the use of Nexus 7000 access switches against Flex-10 modules. So far I haven’t found anything useful within HP nor Cisco.
The question is raised for a relatively large c7000 setup, 2 DC’s each with 4 Enclosures. All Flex-10 modules are wired onto Nexus 7000 devices. An upcoming change will upgrade the Nexus 7000 OS/Firmware from NX-OS 6.0.2 to 6.2.6 and we would like to be assured that this firmware change will not hit any ‘known bugs’ in relation to the Active/Active SUS setup.
Does HP have any Compatibility requirements related to VirtualConnect Enet-devices and Cisco Nexus switches? I know there is cookbooks and whitepapers, but none of them detail any specific NX-OS version requirements.
