How to connect Virtual Connect Flex-10 Ethernet Module to Cisco 3750E with 10GB ports

HI

We have got C3000 enclosure with Blade BL460G6 ,we have also Virtual connect 10-flex ethernet   and we want to connect 10-flex to Cisco 3750E using 10GB ports.

Pls let me know :

1: what  SFP and Cables do we need to connect  10-flex to Cisco 3750e?

2:What step should we do to implement successfully?

3: Pls let me have any diagram or reference to do this.
