Link state without SmartLink on Active-Passive

Hi there,

 

This is for situations where the driver does not support DCC (ex,: Linux):

 

- If I have an active-passive setup (VC1 active, VC2 passive) and don't enable smartlink, will the FlexNics go down when both uplinks are down?

- Also, if I use the crossconnect for some VNETs, will the FlexNics go down when both uplinks go down (without support for DCC in the driver)?
