Unable to retrieve credentials for the Virtual Connect domain system (VCEM)
Hello all,
After restarting our HP SIM (Insight Control) server, when trying to provision a server profile, go into Domain Maintenance, I get the following error for all of my domains:
"Unable to retrieve credentials for the Virtual Connect domain system. Verify that the system exists in HP Systems Insight Manager System List."
Nothing that I know changed.
I tried disabling, deleting the lock manager on a local VCM domain, and rediscovering it within HP SIM, but that did not fix the issue.
I have no idea which embedded credentials its looking for (I'd assume the VCM Administrator credentials, and not the OA credentials), but since it affects all of my domain groups/domains, I know it has to be an issue with the Insight Control (VCEM) server.
Any thoughts?
