Trouble with HP ProCurve 420

I have trouble with HP access point. Sometimes I have no wireless connection because the radio inerface is inactive without a cause. Restart device (switching the power off and on) doesn't work. The only solution is to make change in configuration via web interface. I have to logon and manually make radio port active. Where is the problem?
