Alerts are not forwarding from NNM to OMW

Hi all,

 

I have integrated NNM7.53 to OMW 8.10. This was working fine for all the nodes from last three years. Now we are facing problem with one of the node. Actually alerts are not forwarding from NNM to OMW for this node. I checked the agent queue file alerts are getting captured over there. Alert is there in alarm browser also. Can you please let me know why alerts are not getting forwarded and what would be the remedy for this?
