Roger,
It looks like you have two different PSU's in the switch. If you install 2 they must be the same part number.
Fix the PSU's first and maybe the fan issue will go away. Verify that there is airflow at the fans. now.

I just upgraded my 5900AF-48XGT-4QSFP+ to that same version and I am receiving the same error concerning POWER_INCOMPATIBLE: on both PSU's. I am not receiving an error concerning the fans and my air flow is correct.,

This is not a software problem. You CANNOT have two different PSU's in the switch. They MUST be the SAME PART NUMBER. Can you please check them to ensure they are the same part?
