Estou entrando em contato para saber se existe alguma solução para um switch hp 1920g, no qual ele fica apenas na tela de bootware, notamos que ele não tem nada em flash no hardware.

Acreditamos que esta faltando algum arquivo neste switch, no entanto esta sem sistema operacional....

Conseguimos alguma solução ou não temos o que fazer?

Sim. Existe solução.

Voce precisará baixar a firmware especifica para esse produto, após, realizar a aplicação da firmware utilizando Xmodem pelo BootWare menu
