telnet connection Switch HP5130 PoE+

hi all;

I want to configure the access via telnet for switch HP5130 PoE+, I try so many commants without success. The commands of this switch are very confused si I need help. please don´t send me manula or cookbook or bible because those are not very explain what we need to do, what i need is the right commant to used line by line.
