Re: Do I need a DHCP server with the Unified Switch
When I installed this product on my network I had to use a DHCP Server to assign IP addresses to my Access Points.

Re: Do I need a DHCP server with the Unified Switch
When an AP gets its IP address from DHCP it also needs to get the Wireless Switches IP address so it can communicatw with it. Make sure you use the DHCP option outlined in the manual for this. I am not 100% sure but I think its option 42 or something like that. Its been a while so chek the manual
