Hello,

Which controller model are you using the manage the HP 425 WW APs?

If you are using an HPE Unified Wired-WLAN controller like 830, 850, 870, WX5002, 10500/7500 WLAN module, there is a command in AP template-view which controlls the LED behavior.

led-mode
Use led-mode to set the LED flashing mode for an AP. All LEDs on the AP are steady on when an error
occurs.
Use undo led-mode to restore the default.
Syntax
led-mode { quiet | awake | always-on | normal }
undo led-mode
Default
The LED flashing mode is normal.
Views
AP template view

# Set the LED flashing mode for AP 1 to quiet.

<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] wlan ap ap1
[Sysname-wlan-ap-ap1] led-mode quiet

If you are using an HPE MSM controller you have the menu Configuration ->LEDs which is is available on Controlled APs, AP group and AP level.

So if you want to change it for all you select Controlled APs in the Network Tree, then in the menu you select Configuration -LEDs, there is a drop down menu with the options normal, quiet, awake.

I am an HPE employee

Accept or Kudo

simply set the mode to AP1.

you can also choose the mode to quiet, normal, awake.

<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] wlan ap ap1
[Sysname-wlan-ap-ap1] led-mode quiet

undo led-mode to redo the changes.
