FC1142 4GB HBA hangs 2003 Standard server on restart

I have just installed two FC1142 HBAs into a DL380-G5 running W2K3 Standard and every time I restart the server it hangs requiring me to poke it in the eye. I have two servers configured identically and doing the same thing. My servers are at SP1 & patched up using Windows update. I have installed version 9.1.3.16 (10.5.06) of the HBA driver from HP's site. Additionally, I have installed version 7.70 Support Pack. The device manager shows no issues with the drivers and the event log reports no errors. I am interested to know if others are having similar issues. These are the first 4GB HBA's I have installed and have little experience with them. One thing that may be noteworthy is I also have a server running W2K3 Enterprise with t he same HBA that works fine.

Hi Kenny.
See this post.
Maybe it's the same. Sounds similar.
