MSA30: \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm3

Here's my problem with my MSA30 S-B Enclosure (302969-b21):

On Friday I started receiving about 10-15 errors in my Windows (2003 R2) event viewer (scroll down), soon there after a drive was flagged as a predictive failure (slot 11), so it was replaced and successfully rebuilt.

Come this morning (Monday), I had another event logged, same as before, about the same "a time out to \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm3." Each time one of these is logged, it brings my server to a crawl, since the drive is experiencing write errors.

So I started paying a little bit more attention to my drives and this is what I'm seeing...

Port 1 Drive 3 (279.39 GB)
Recov Read Errors: 16
Note: HP Insight Diags report this drive to have a critical performance threshold error, whereas ADU notes it as fine.

Port 1 Drive 4 (279.39 GB)
Recov Read Errors: 19
Note: HP Insight Diags report this drive to have a critical performance threshold error, whereas ADU notes it as fine.

Now it seems that SIM will soon predict failure on drive 12 once it hits whatever threshold its configured for. correct?

Port 1 Drive 12 (279.39 GB)
Problem Indicator: Other Timeouts: 89

How I understand. When Drive 12 does fail Drive 3 and 4 may not be able to recover because it has known sectors that can not be restored from and my drive may end up stuck in a Rebuilding state. Do I just not understand this correctly or do I have a potential problem looming?

ADU Report is attached.

HELP!
